1. Order Cancellation & Changes

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it to receive a full refund or adjustment. After this period, the order may not be eligible for cancellation or modification depending on the production department's processing status.

Important: Once your order enters the production phase, cancellation or changes may not be possible as we begin processing your custom items immediately to ensure timely delivery.

2. Shipping Address Requirements

Before placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely (including house number and street name) to avoid delays or lost shipments.

Address Verification: We recommend double-checking your shipping information before completing your purchase. Incorrect addresses can result in delivery delays or failed deliveries.

3. Failed Delivery Responsibility

If the shipping address is incorrect and the delivery fails, the customer will be responsible for any resulting loss. This includes:

  • Additional shipping charges for re-delivery attempts
  • Return shipping costs if the package is returned to us
  • Any fees associated with address corrections
  • Potential loss of the package if it cannot be delivered or returned

6. Production Status

Orders typically enter production within 24-48 hours of placement. Once production begins:

  • Cancellation may not be possible
  • Changes to design or specifications may incur additional charges
  • We will notify you if your requested changes cannot be accommodated
